I enjoy the game of basketball and also because I enjoy teaching the game to student-athletes.
What I expected coaching basketball to be:
I expected to be teaching all the time.
What it really is:
It is 80% office work and 20% teaching on the court. You spend a lot of time with recruiting and paperwork.
Advice I would give to an aspiring basketball coach:
Follow your dream and work hard to get there.
