My responsibilities on a "typical" day:
Attend/setup practices, home games, and most away games; clean and distribute laundry; assist with tape exchange; office work; film practices/games; assist equipment manager, assist facility operator, assist strength and conditioning coach.
My responsibilities on a game day:
Coordinating responsibilities with other managers; setup for team shoot around, organize Arena for game day functions, organize and instruct ball girls, setup video and computer for taping, setup/run bench during game; collect laundry.
Biggest challenge:
Communication with a wide variety of people and personalities
Biggest reward:
Working with some really cool people.
Biggest misconception about this job:
